Read the full payment schedule
Ask how many monthly, balloon and slab payments apply, when they fall due and whether any charges are excluded. Check the total against the written price and request possession, cancellation and refund terms.
Verify before paying
Confirm the official payment account and authorised representative through an independently checked company contact. Keep the signed booking documents and receipts, and ask the team to verify your booking reference.
