Where should I start if I only have a plot?
Share your plot location, dimensions and the spaces you need. We can discuss a design brief and the information required before pricing construction.
How do I compare grey structure and complete construction?
Compare itemised scope and specifications, not only a square-foot rate. Grey structure covers the agreed shell; complete construction adds the finishing work listed in the agreement.
Are the calculator rates a quotation?
No. They are editable planning inputs. A written quotation needs your drawings, site conditions, covered area, specification and exclusions.
How will I see progress if I live overseas?
Agree fortnightly reports, dated photos and videos, scheduled calls and an authorised contact. Record decisions and approve scope or cost changes in writing.
What happens if I change the design?
Ask for the cost and schedule effect before approving the change. Keep a written record of the revised scope and any payment adjustment.
Can you help with commercial work or specialist services?
Yes—discuss commercial and industrial work, MEP, steel and aluminium, finishing, or solar as a defined service package. Confirm the scope for your site.
