01

Keep a handover file

Request model numbers, serial numbers, invoices, warranty documents, the system drawing and commissioning records. Keep monitoring access under an account you control.

02

Agree a safe cleaning plan

Ask the installer for a cleaning method appropriate to your equipment and roof. Follow manufacturer guidance and use a trained team where roof access or electrical equipment is involved.

03

Know what to report

Ask which alerts or changes should be reported and how to contact support. Share screenshots and dates without opening electrical equipment or attempting repairs yourself.

04

Clarify the service scope

Get the visit frequency, cleaning scope, call-out charges, exclusions and repair approval process in writing. Confirm who handles replacement parts and warranty follow-up.

Keep your decisions together.

Keep approved samples, finishes and any substitutions in a written selection record.
